For almost all my life, I’ve looked at exercise as something that I have to do, rather than something that I want to do. I used to find it tedious and unpleasant, and I always wondered, “There are people who do this for fun???”. In fact, I’m convinced that burpees are something invented by satan. However, the only thing that makes working out tolerable is music . The right song with the correct BPM can make working out so much more pleasant. That’s why when I came across Maddie Lymburger‘s YouTube channel, I was elated because I finally found a workout that I enjoyed doing. Maddie designs her workouts in such a way that they are choreographed to the latest trending songs.
From Drake to Ariana Grande, she has workouts that are choreographed to a variety of trending songs. Her channel has something for everyone, so whether you love rap, hip hop or pop music, there’s a workout for you. However, don’t let the length of the workouts fool you, they are intense, effective, and they will definitely make you break a sweat. I’ve been doing these workouts for a few weeks now, and I have to say that they are a lot of fun and I actually look forward to doing them!
