Story:

Omega is trying to figure a way to get out of Tantiss with all the children being experimented on. Meanwhile, Hunter and gang finds their way to reach to her, to rescue them all out.

Review:

Episode 14, Flash Strike, begins with Hunter and gang. Things get exciting at the prospect of The Bad Batch finally reuniting.

There’s a scene this time around which will take you back to Andor. It is about the rebels surviving in times of The Empire.

It is not limited to that. There’s also a Mandalorian reference. The dangers that you saw in the second season, especially one with Krayt Dragon? They continue with this episode of The Bad Batch.

There are moments in this episode that are sure to keep you at the edge-of-your-seat. However, they are few and don’t always hit the mark. This is the example of Omega trying to run out of Tantiss.

Emerie aka Dr. Krass comes in contact with Echo and it is one of the most interesting parts of the series. What happens after is just as interesting. It is a cliffhanger moment for what will come in the next episode.

Verdict:

There are a lot of important moments in the given episode and a few are promised further. However, given the history of the series and Dave Filoni’s sense of direction, do not keep your hopes too high. For all we know, the next series might begin like a new season altogether and the secret might be buried, even though it is an important one. Nonetheless, this episode is worth all your while, hands down.
