The Greatest Of All Time, the highly anticipated upcoming action thriller marks the first onscreen collaboration of Thalapathy Vijay and director Venkat Prabhu. The making of the movie, which is also called The GOAT, is nearing the final stages of its making. Recently, the makers of the film dropped The GOAT first single promo on social media. The much-awaited first single of the Thalapathy Vijay starrer is slated to be released on April 14, 2024, at 6 PM.

Thalapathy Vijay turns playback singer yet again for The GOAT

The highly promising first single promo of The Greatest Of All Time has confirmed that the team is set to release the ‘party’ anthem, on April 14, Sunday, at 6 PM. Interestingly, it is also confirmed that Thalapathy Vijay, the leading man who is also well-known for songs, is turning into a playback singer yet again for the foot-tapping number which is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The much-awaited first single of The GOAT is penned by Madhan Karky.

The Greatest Of All Time release date is out

Recently, ahead of the Eid celebrations of the year, The Greatest Of All Time team took to their official social media handles and surprised the cine-goers by officially announcing the release date. Thalapathy Vijay and Venkat Prabhu’s highly anticipated project is slated to hit the big screens on September 5, 2024, as a Ganesh Chaturthi special release. Earlier, the team was initially planning to release the movie in June, coinciding with Vijay’s 50th birthday. However, it was later delayed due to the extensive post-production and VFX works, which are currently progressing in Los Angeles and Chennai.

Meanwhile, Thalapathy Vijay, Venkat Prabhu, and their team are currently busy with the final foreign schedule of the movie, in Russia. After wrapping up the current schedule, the cast and crew will return to Chennai, where the high-voltage climax portions are expected to be shot in a famous film studio. More major updates on the projects, including the character posters and official teaser, are expected to be out very soon.
