Shraddha Kapoor's last theatrical release, Tu Jhooti Main Makkaar, was a hit. The actress shared screen space with Ranbir Kapoor in the film. While her upcoming project Stree 2 is lined up for release, the actress is in talks to star in another film. As per a media report, Shraddha will headline a movie, produced by her rumoured boyfriend Rahul Mody under his production banner. After her alleged break-up with Rohan Shrestha, she has been apparently dating Rahul.

Shraddha Kapoor to feature in rumoured beau Rahul Mody's film?

According to Mid-Day, Shraddha Kapoor might co-produce the movie with Rahul Mody if things work out. The talks are currently in the nascent stage, hence it can't be determined whether this movie will be Shraddha's next project.

"But Shraddha Kapoor has liked the central idea. She plans to co-produce it along with Rahul’s production house," a source told the tabloid. Although TJMM was her only release in the past few years since the 2020 film Baaghi 3, The actress intends to keep the momentum going with Amar Kaushik's Stree 2. 

"Going forward, Shraddha wants to carefully select her projects, choosing ones that evoke a similar kind of buzz. She also doesn’t want long gaps between her films," the source added.

Shraddha Kapoor and Rahul Mody's rumoured love story

For those who are unaware, Shraddha Kapoor and Rahul Mody got close to each other during Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar's shoot. Rahul co-wrote the film, directed by Luv Ranjan. 

Earlier, a Hindustan Times report stated that Shraddha is no longer planning to hide her relationship with Rahul. It is because they are in a comfortable space with each other. That is also the reason Shraddha and Rahul often get spotted together. 

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shraddha made her acting debut with Aashiqui 2, in which she was paired opposite Aditya Roy Kapur. The actress was reportedly dating Aditya back then. However, they always maintained the 'good friends' tag.
