The main character of the movie has a doctorate in the science of Shinigami and has received his training in Japan. Shinagami are deities in Japanese religious tradition that symbolize death in many ways, according to sources. To put it another way, this fictional drama's main character is Kuttan, a farmer from Thingalur. Jaffar Idukki portrays a ghost named Kuttan, while Indrans plays the Shinigami.
