The Malayalam film, Kuttante Shinigami, is scheduled to have its digital premiere soon. From next week, Manorama Max will be broadcasting the fantasy drama.

An update to the OTT release of Kuttante Shinigami

Last year, the movie, which features Jaffar Idukki and Indrans in the main roles, was released. Despite not having a great theatrical release, it received recognition for its distinctive subject. Manorama Max is now known to have acquired the film's digital rights. The platform will carry it starting at midnight on July 4. The same platform recently started streaming Pattth, Karnika, and Am Ah. On Manorama Max, you can currently watch Azadi, Sreenath Bhasi's most recent Malayalam movie. Azadi is currently available to stream in Tamil on Sun NXT.

Everything about Indrans' Kuttante Shinigami

The Rasheed Parakkal-directed film is said to be centered on a topic of Japanese spirituality, according to reports. The perfect combination of fantasy, comedy, and science may be found in Kuttante Shinigami. The main character of the movie has a doctorate in the science of Shinigami and has received his training in Japan. Shinagami are deities in Japanese religious tradition that symbolize death in many ways, according to sources. To put it another way, this fictional drama's main character is Kuttan, a farmer from Thingalur. Jaffar Idukki portrays a ghost named Kuttan, while Indrans plays the Shinigami. 

The supporting cast of this fantasy movie consists of Sunil Sukhada, Anish G, Sumesh Moor, Shaju, Ashraf, Munshi Ranjith, Unni Raja, Chandana, Sinoj Varghese, Akhila, and Arya Viju. The movie's screenplay was written by the director himself. Kuttante Shinigami was funded by Asharaf Pilakkal. The movie, which debuted in theaters in September 2024, has music composed by Arjun V Akshaya. Zian Sreekanth oversaw the film's editing, while Shihab Ongallur was the cinematographer.
