Devara is one of the most-awaited films as it is Jr NTR's next release after the super success of RRR. The action drama is being directed by Koratala Siva and will be released in two parts. The pre-release business is happening at a rapid pace, and multiple producers have bid to bag the rights to the film.

We have come to know that Dil Raju is the frontrunner to bag the rights of the Nizam area. As per the news, he has offered a whopping Rs 55 crore to bag just the Telangana rights to the film. On the other hand, the makers of Pushpa, Mythri Movie Makers, are also in the race to bag the rights.

In recent times, they have also dominated the distribution market in the Nizam area and are trying hard to bag the Telugu rights of Devara. If this was not enough, Asian Cinemas owner Sunil Narang and star producer Suresh Babu have jointly bid to bag the AP rights to the film. The negotiations are on as of now, and we need to see who will bag the rights to the period drama.

The first part will be released on October 10, 2024. Koratala Siva is directing this film, which also marks the Telugu debut of Janhvi Kapoor. Along with her, Saif Ali Khan will also be seen in a negative role in Devara. Anirudh Ravichander composed the music for this film, and it is his first collaboration with Jr NTR.

The first part is almost done with its shoot, and the post-production is happening in different countries as the film is heavy on VFX. As of now, Jr NTR is busy shooting for his Hindi film War 2 which also has Hrithik Roshan as the other lead. Ayan Mukherjee is directing this film, which is being produced by Yash Raj Films on a massive scale. Meanwhile, Devara continues to be in the news for its happening pre-release business.
