Use air purifiers, vacuum carpets and furniture regularly, and wash bedding in hot water once a week to minimize allergy buildup. Air purifiers with HEPA filters can improve indoor air quality by catching airborne allergens like pollen, pet dander, and dust mites. Regular washing and vacuuming of soft furnishings eliminate allergens that collect on textiles and surfaces.
