1. Papaya and kiwi

To help dissolve trapped gas, the gastroenterologist recommended eating papaya or kiwi. According to a 2013 study, participants who used a papaya-based formula for 40 days experienced considerable relief from bloating and constipation. Papaya's papain enzyme can enhance protein digestion.

According to Healthline, kiwi is rich in important nutrients like fiber, potassium, and actinidin, an enzyme that may aid with digestion and hasten stomach emptying. As a result, consuming it may help lessen bloating.

2. Strolling

Dr. Sethi recommended a brief stroll to encourage spontaneous movement. Walking helps gas move and offers relief, according to an SRM Global Hospitals study. A brisk 10 to 15-minute walk can help gas move through your digestive tract and relieve accumulated bloating.

3. Simethicone

According to the NHS, simethicone (or simeticone) is an antiflatulent medication. The gastroenterologist recommended trying simethicone to dissolve gas bubbles. It is utilized to alleviate bloating, trapped gas, and flatulence (flatulence). Individuals with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) occasionally use simeticone to alleviate their symptoms. However, they have also mentioned that there is insufficient certainty regarding its effectiveness for these symptoms.

4. Tea with Peppermint

Dr. Sethi recommended that sipping peppermint tea can help alleviate the pain and cramps brought on by bloating.
