Priyanka Chopra, an actress, posted a dance reel on her Instagram stories on Sunday showing a 16-year-old girl from Chhattisgarh. Lavanya Das Manikpuri, a self-taught dancer, was captured on camera performing to Piya Tu Ab To Aja, the legendary Bollywood song made famous by Asha Bhosle.

The belly dance videos made by self-taught dancers are a favorite of Priyanka.

In the more than minute-long black and white film, Lavanya smiled as she demonstrated her exceptional dancing skills to the music. In her caption, she said, "Need to practice more."

Priyanka was drawn to her belly dance, and she posted the video on her Instagram Stories without any captions. In a recent post, Lavanya shared a screengrab of Priyanka's mention and added the caption, "I'm dreamingggg at this point."

Reactions from the fans

The video also featured remarks from a number of other Bollywood celebrities. "Stunning!" Elli Evram posted, and Avneet Kaur responded with a red heart on fire emoticon. After seeing Lavanya on Priyanka Chopra's Stories, a lot of admirers showed up to see her perform. One person wrote, "How much you would have trained yourself to reach this level of perfection, where every step matched every beat. Flawless." "Imagine Priyanka Chopra posting this on her story came directly from her story!" a comment read. Another replied, "Wow, wonderful."

In the meantime, Priyanka will next appear in the movie Heads of State, which features Idris Elba and John Cena. Additionally, she will be back for the second season of Citadel.

Despite the lack of formal confirmation, Priyanka is expected to play the lead role in SS Rajamouli's highly anticipated action-adventure SSMB 29, alongside Mahesh Babu. Although the specifics of the project and Priyanka's involvement are kept secret, this may signify Priyanka's comeback to Indian cinema as well as Telugu cinema, 23 years after P Ravi Shankar's 2002 romantic drama Apuroopam.
