Shazahn Padamsee, the star of Housefull 2, wed businessman Ashish Kanakia in a small ceremony on June 5. The two-day event was attended by their loved ones and close friends, and a post-wedding party was scheduled for June 7. Shazahn shared endearing images from her wedding on Instagram, referring to it as her "forever."

On her Instagram feed and stories, Shazahn shared many images and films of her wedding. In her first images with Ashish as husband and wife, she wrote, "This day. This feeling. Our forever. (infinity and heart emojis)" Shazahn was stunning in an embroidered lehenga with pastel colors, and Ashish matched her by wearing a traditional off-white embroidered sherwani. In the photographs, the pair seemed joyful, staring into one other's eyes and beaming as they were covered in rose petals. Malvika Raaj, Zareen Khan, and many admirers sent the newlyweds congratulations.

Shazahn Padamsee praises Ashish’s family

Prior to their wedding in June, Shazahn and Ashish celebrated their roka ceremony in January of this year. "It's hard to believe we've only known each other for two years, given how warm and welcoming Ashish's family has been," she told ETimes of her roka. It was a very unique day. My dad (Alyque Padamsee) is the one I miss the most. I wish he had been at my side, experiencing the moment with me. He would have been overjoyed and proud. According to sources, a mutual acquaintance brought them together, and they got engaged in November 2024.

Shazahn has starred in films such as Rocket Singh—Salesman of the Year, Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji, Housefull 2, Solid Patels, and more, for the uninitiated. Additionally, she appeared in the Telugu movies Orange and Masala. She made a cameo appearance in the web series Hai Junoon! and was last seen in the 2023 movie Pagalpan: Next Level.
