With his forthcoming sports comedy-drama Sitaare Zameen Par, actor Aamir Khan is prepared to captivate viewers. But in an interview with Galatta Plus, Aamir said that he thinks the movie portrays a touching and lovely tale, but he's not sure how it will do at the box office.

"When I look at the film today, I think I am quite happy with it," Aamir said when questioned about his instincts for Sitaare Zameen Par. I believe we have produced what we set out to create. Will it be a hit at the box office? I'm not sure. The reality is that I always get conscious when my movie is released, regardless of when it happens. Although it's a comedy, my film currently only has the action going. My movie was action when Ghajini arrived, but it didn't work at the time. No one desires to see action."

Regarding Sitaare Zameen Par

In Sitaare Zameen Par, which is directed by RS Prasanna and produced under the banner of Aamir Khan Productions, Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh star alongside ten debutantes: Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar. Amitabh Bhattacharya wrote the lyrics, and Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy wrote the music. On June 20, 2025, the movie is scheduled to premiere only in theaters.
