With his next movie, Sitaare Zameen Par, which will be released in Bollywood, actor Aamir Khan has said that Zeenat Hussain, his mother, who will be 91 years old on June 13, is making her debut there. India Today quoted Aamir as saying that it was the movie's director, RS Prasanna, who asked Aamir, who then asked Zeenat. Nikhat Khan, Aamir's sister, is also a member of Sitaare Zameen Par.

According to Aamir, Zeenat, who had never been to the sets, inquired about the location of the shooting of Sitaare Zameen Par and showed curiosity in seeing how the movie was made. The film's crew was filming a "happy wedding song" at the time. He said that "Prasanna came to me and said, Sir, if you don't mind, can you request Ammi ji to be in the shot?" The wedding celebration scene is the last song in the movie. It would be simple for her to be one of the guests. I'm really invested in it; I want her to be in the movie.

Aamir's approach to asking his mother

"Tu pagal ho gaya hai? I don't have the nerve to ask Ammi if I want to work in the movie or take a shot," a stunned Aamir said. She is extremely ziddi (Are you crazy? I will never have the guts to ask her to shoot. She is very stubborn). She won't listen to me. Do not waste time. He kept urging me to ask her at least once. I then asked, "Ammi, Prasanna request kar rahe hain ki aap ek shot do ek guest banke" (He is requesting you to be a part of one scene). She answered, "Haan theek hai" (okay, fine). I was taken aback! As a result, she appears in either one or two pictures. She has only ever been in one of my films.

The movie also features Genelia Deshmukh, who portrays Aamir's love interest. The cast includes Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishnan Varma, Vedant Sharmaa, Naman Misra, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Ashish Pendse, Samvit Desai, Simran Mangeshkar, and Aayush Bhansali. The film from Aamir Khan Productions is scheduled for a theatrical release on June 20.

The movie is a spiritual follow-up to Taare Zameen Par. Aamir plays an assistant coach for a well-known basketball squad in the film. Following his termination, he is given the option of serving a 90-day community service sentence as the coach of a squad of basketball players with special needs or going to prison.
