In a recent Instagram live session, actor Shobana thrilled fans by providing details about her time on the set of Kalki 2898 AD with Bollywood great Amitabh Bachchan. She mentioned a memorable moment from a song shoot in Ahmedabad, which made a lasting impression on her and praised his humility and professionalism.

"Bachchan sir, from then to now, is the same — the most humble artist I've worked with," Shobana said of Big B's response when asked to change his clothes behind a tree. In truth, humility is a quality shared by many of the best artists. I'm going to share a story about Bachchan sir. Many years ago, I filmed a tiny part of a song with him in Ahmedabad, where I was surrounded by a ton of material. Bachchan sir had a caravan, and the entire city came to a halt as everyone came to watch the shoot.”

I then inquired about the location of my caravan because I needed to change clothes frequently. As if to explain, someone said, "Ah, she's from Malayalam cinema, they're all very adaptable, she can change behind a tree." "Who said that?" Bachchan sir asked as soon as he heard this on the walkie-talkie. He then asked me to his trailer before exiting to let me use it. He exhibited such elegance and culture, even when he was wearing hefty prosthetics in Kalki. Even with all that weight on his body, he would always stand up to greet visitors.

Among others, Amitabh Bachchan plays Ashwatthama, Shobana plays Mariam, the head of Shambhala, Deepika Padukone plays SU-M80 alias Sumathi, a pregnant lab subject and the predicted mother of Kalki, Prabhas plays a dual role as a bounty hunter and Karna, and Kamal Haasan plays Supreme Yaskin in the mythological science fiction film directed by Nag Ashwin. The movie, which made ₹1042.25 billion globally, was a huge hit in theaters. The second section is scheduled to hit the floors in December of this year.
