Since its debut in September 2024, the MG Windsor EV has sold over 27,000 units. The CUV was first released with a smaller 38 kWh battery pack, but later in May 2025, the Windsor Pro model was released with a bigger battery pack, measured at 52.9 kWh. According to the automaker, the new model had received 8,000 reservations in the 24 hours following its debut in May 2025.

According to the automaker, the MG Windsor EV is in high demand from developing markets as well as from metros, with non-metros accounting for about 48% of all sales. The MG Windsor has also won over 30 accolades, including the prestigious Green Car Award 2025 from iCOTY.
