Aston Martin Reveals Exclusive Valkyrie LM
6 months ago | 5 Views
The Valkyrie LM, a rare, non-homologated, track-focused version of Aston Martin's Valkyrie hypercar, has been unveiled by the company. In order to celebrate the company's return to the top level of endurance racing and its quest for overall triumph at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Aston Martin Valkyrie LM was created. This new hypercar is only available in ten copies throughout the globe, and it claims to provide an experience that is similar to the requirements and performance of the best FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) and IMSA race cars.
The Valkyrie LM is a direct descendant of the Valkyrie Hypercar, which will be competing at Le Mans in 2025, representing Aston Martin's most serious attempt at the legendary race since its 1959 overall victory with the DBR1. The LM, which is driven by a Cosworth-built 6.5-liter, naturally aspirated V12 engine, has the same 697 horsepower as its racing counterpart and has a redline of over 10,000 rpm, providing a thrilling, track-focused experience.
Aston Martin Valkyrie LM: Specs
The vehicle maintains the fundamental racing DNA, including custom Pirelli track tires, pushrod suspension with torsion bars, and a seven-speed sequential transmission, while removing racing-specific equipment like ballast and FIA electronics.
The Valkyrie LM is designed to be accessible to consumers despite being made for racing. For a more enjoyable and straightforward driving experience, Aston Martin has replaced complicated competition systems like closed-loop torque control with open-loop torque delivery. The cockpit is all race-spec, including carbon-fiber bucket seats, a six-point FIA harness, fire suppression, and an F1-style steering wheel with an integrated display.
The Valkyrie LM is "an exquisite opportunity" for a select group of owners to feel what only professional racing drivers typically get to feel, according to Aston Martin CEO Adrian Hallmark.

The Aston Martin Valkyrie LM comes with driver kits and training.
Not only does owning the Valkyrie LM entail owning the vehicle itself, but it also includes a comprehensive track day and driver training course. Starting in the second quarter of 2026, clients will participate in Aston Martin's 'UNLEASHED' performance experience, which includes expert coaching, simulator training, and complete car support at F1-grade racetracks.
Aston Martin's crew will prepare and store the automobiles, which will then be transported to events where customers will engage in track walks, classroom instruction, and in-depth telemetry briefings. The package also includes exclusive driver kits with bespoke ear pieces, helmets, racing suits, and HANS devices.
The year-long schedule will conclude in December 2026 with a spectacular event at Aston Martin's Gaydon headquarters, complete with a celebratory dinner and a private meeting for Valkyrie LM owners.
The Aston Martin Valkyrie LM: Deliveries and availability
The Valkyrie initiative, which was first conceived in 2016, has undergone several iterations on the road and on the track. The LM variant continues this evolution, acting as the closest connection to date between Aston Martin's hypercars for the road and its competitive endurance racing vehicles. The 10 fortunate owners will not only have one of the most extreme Aston Martins ever produced, but they will also take on the role of the company's Le Mans racing drivers. Deliveries of the Aston Martin Valkyrie LM are scheduled to commence in 2026, just in time for the launch of the brand's most exclusive client track experience to date.
