We now have a firm date for the 2026 Audi Q3's worldwide launch, which was announced earlier this year. As part of its continuous efforts to revamp its product lineup, the German manufacturer has announced that the next generation of the premium compact SUV will be unveiled on June 16, 2025. With a redesigned design and a plug-in hybrid drivetrain, this is anticipated to be the third and last generation of the Q3 to be powered by ICE.
From what Audi has given us a preview of on the design front, it appears that the 2026 Q3 will have split headlamps. Over the past few years, the small SUV has been seen undergoing testing several times, and it appears to have kept up with current design trends. The front end has a novel headlamp arrangement that incorporates thin LEDs on top for daytime running lights (DRLs).
The bumper section below includes fresh casings for the high and low beams. The lower air intake has been widened to reach the corners of the bumper, and the broad trapezoidal grille has been given a new, more streamlined appearance, flanked by these. The new Q3 will have a Sportback version, just like most other Audi SUVs.

2026 Audi Q3: Features
It is anticipated that the next-generation model will be the final Q3 family member to use combustion engines. Consequently, in order to comply with the future Euro-7 emissions criteria, the lineup will feature both petrol and diesel powertrains with moderate hybrid aid. It is anticipated that Audi will introduce a powerful plug-in hybrid engine option, which will probably provide an all-electric driving range of about 100 kilometers. Prior test mules were observed with a charging connector on the driver-side front fender, suggesting that PHEV variants are in the works.
The 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine in the current-generation Audi Q3 is paired with an 8-speed DCT transmission. This vehicle has an AWD system that sends power to all four wheels and is capable of producing 187.74 horsepower of peak power and 320 Nm of maximum torque.
