India, June 22 — In exchange for Kevin Durant, the Houston Rockets will get Dillon Brooks, Jalen Green, the tenth overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft, and five second-round picks, according to an ESPN story. The trade, which has the potential to change the balance of power in the Western Conference, will be completed when the new league year begins on July 6. One of Durant's three favorite locations will be the Rockets, Heat, or Spurs as a result of the move. Under head coach Ime Udoka, who recently signed a long-term extension, he will also be in the company of veteran Fred VanVleet, emerging star Amen Thompson, and 2025 All-Star Alperen Sengun.

Durant, who will be 37 in September, maintains to score at an elite level. He averaged 26.6 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 4.2 assists in 62 games this season. The trade will be formal once the NBA's new league year starts on July 6.
