LeBron James, who is now 40 years old, is regarded as one of the best basketball players of all time. The veteran has not yet retired, and during his illustrious career, he has captured four NBA championship crowns and even led the league in scoring two years ago.

LeBron was recently given some advice by former NBA star Olden Polynice, who encouraged him to consider retirement.

"I think the longevity aspect is getting a little bit too much now," he stated during a podcast interview.

Unless he purchases one, he won't be receiving a fifth ring. He concluded, "It's not going to happen."

LeBron was the Olympics MVP in Paris in 2024 and has won three gold medals at the Olympics.

He is also the NBA's all-time leading scorer, sixth in steals, and fourth in all-time NBA career assists. In addition, he won the NBA Rookie of the Year, three NBA All-Star Game MVPs, four NBA Finals MVPs, and four NBA MVP titles. Additionally, he holds the record for being selected to the NBA All-Star team 21 times.
