On July 18, 2025, the bilingual Kannada-Telugu film Junior, which stars Kireeti Reddy in his first role as a protagonist, will be released in theaters. In the movie, Kireeti is paired with Sreeleela, who makes a comeback to Kannada cinema following her role in ByTwoLove in 2022. Because of its "beautiful, emotional story," the actress claims she accepted the part of Kireeti's love interest in the movie. The hit song Viral Vayyari from the movie has gained the audience's attention, despite Sreeleela's claim that her role is nothing special.

Although the producers had only put out a lyrical video of the Devi Sri Prasad tune, which included a few quick glimpses of the song's hook step, among other things, it was enough for the song to become popular. If these images are any indication, Kireeti is quite light on his feet, and Sreeleela is, of course, an exceptional dancer. However, a behind-the-scenes video of the viral hit song's production surfaced a few days later, showing Sreeleela visibly uneasy and having trouble staying balanced on Kireeti's thighs.

Sreeleela: It wasn't an easy move and...

Social media was inundated with remarks claiming that the young actress seemed uneasy performing some of the song's movements since Kireeti had to hold her firmly around her waist as she attempted to maintain her equilibrium. In an interview with TV9, Sreeleela spoke about this behind-the-scenes video, saying, "It was not an easy step at all and I kept slipping." I was also attempting to determine the most visually pleasing approach that would appeal to the audience. I was rather annoyed during that procedure because it wasn't turning out as I had imagined. My face displayed that tension. I wasn't at ease.

Sreeleela portrays a college student in the movie, a role she describes as not being very demanding. Junior, which is also directed by Radhakrishna Reddy, who previously helmed the Kannada movie Mayabazar 2016, also stars V Ravichandran, Sudharani, Kuri Pratap, Rao Ramesh, Achyuth Kumar, Kiran Sreenivas, and more.
