Last year, the Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan starrer Zara Hatke Zara Bachke was on everyone’s bucket list, thanks to the lovely and lively teaser and trailers of the film… which went onto rule social media and airwaves for many days. Post that, when the film Zara Hatke Zara Bachke got released, the audiences simply lapped up the films in theatres. The film, eventually went onto become one of the money grossers of that time.

The latest update about the film is that, the film’s makers have now reportedly decided about the date when it will be released on OTT. As per a report in Peeping Moon, it has now been reported that, the film Zara Hatke Zara Bachke will be premiering on Jio Cinema in around mid-May, which is almost close to a year post its theatrical release. For the unversed, the film Zara Hatke Zara Bachke was released on June 2, 2023.

The film starred Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan in the leading roles. One of the factors of the film’s success was the relatability factor that the film’s plot, which kind of resonated with the cinegoers. The film mirrored the lives of Kapil Dubey and Soumya Chawla Dubey, which happens to be the names of the characters played by Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan respectively.

This happily married couple from Indore wish to get their own home sweet home under the Awas Yojna scheme, which happens to be the flagship program of the Indian government. By profession, while Kapil Dubey happens to be a yoga instructor and Soumya Chawla Dubey is a teacher. The film also touches upon the various differences between the two families and their respective members.
