Ever since Yash Raj Films' Saiyaara was announced, along with the release of songs and a teaser, fans have been eagerly awaiting the movie's release in theaters, as it evokes pure Aashiqui vibes. Well, in an interview, director Mohit Suri even revealed that the film was originally Aashiqui 3. Saiyaara marks the Bollywood debut of Aneet Padda and Ahaan Panday. As the film is gearing up for release, here's when you can expect the trailer.

As per Pinkvilla, the makers of Saiyaara have decided to launch the trailer on July 8. The trailer will expand the world of Saiyaara to the audience and unveil the film's main conflict. The source further added that the entire team at YRF is confident of leaving an impression with this impressive trailer cut, which will lead to an aggressive marketing campaign for the release on July 18, 2025.

Speaking about the trailer, director Mohit Suri informed the portal that it was a tough ask. “There is no fixed pattern on how you do it. With thrillers, it is difficult to cut a trailer, but you don’t face that problem with love stories usually. Surprisingly, with Saiyaara too it was a tough ask, as all said and done, it’s a newcomers’ film, and not some larger-than-life set up. We have tried to convey the story and make the characters relatable for the audience,” said Mohit.

Putting aside the fact that everyone wanted a Raj in their life back in 1995 since he was relatable to both the girls and the boys, music plays a significant role in a love story, and our trailer has plenty of it. In his opinion, no love tale can succeed without music.

About Saiyaara

Mohit Suri said in a previous interview with the same site that he had originally considered the notion of creating Aashiqui 3 with Bhushan Kumar and Mukesh Bhatt, which has now been revealed as Saiyaara. "This concept for Aashiqui 3, now Saiyaara, occurred to me. However, I was hesitant about the fact that they were in a hurry and wanted to make an announcement. Before making an announcement, I would rather have a script. However, to put it briefly, this idea was initially intended for Aashiqui 3, according to Mohit.

In the meanwhile, Saiyaara, starring Aneet Padda and Ahaan Panday, will debut in theaters on July 18, 2025.
