The Hindi television premiere of Pushpa 2 The Rule: This May, the Hindi version of director Sukumar's Pushpa 2: The Rule, which stars Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, is slated to have its world television premiere. Following its December 2024 release, the picture enjoyed a dream run at the box office before being released on OTT in January of this year.

After a long wait, the Hindi TV audience may now celebrate the release date of this thrilling, action-packed film. Zee Cinema will air Pushpa 2: The Rule in Hindi on May 31 at 7:30 p.m.

Pushpa 2: The Rule is the sequel to Sukumar's blockbuster film Pushpa: The Rise from 2021. The movie traces Pushpa Raj (Arjun), a daily wage earner who rises to become the head of a red sandalwood smuggling operation. Srivalli (Rashmika), the woman he loves, is now his spouse.

Pushpa has a hard time earning the respect of his estranged brother Molleti Mohan Rao (played by Ajay) while he is on top. Additionally, he is facing an increasing number of risks from his adversaries, one of whom is SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, whom Fahadh Faasil portrays.

The movie, which also features Jagapathi Babu, Sunil, and Rao Ramesh, was produced by Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar. Srikanth Vissa and Sukumar collaborated on the dialogues, while Sukumar wrote the plot.

On December 5, 2024, the movie made its debut in theaters.

The Rule broke box office records with Pushpa 2

The movie's crew claims that Pushpa 2: The Rule, which made ₹1871 crore in gross sales worldwide, was the highest-grossing Indian film of 2024. It was the second-highest-grossing Indian movie ever, after Dangal. Additionally, the film surpassed Baahubali 2: The Conclusion and became the first Indian film to achieve such figures in the post-pandemic era.
