With the success of DJ Tillu, Anupama Parameswaran rose to fame. She surprised everyone by announcing a village drama named Paradha at a time when everyone expected her to play one glamorous role after another. The picture, which is still in production because of some money problems, will show her in a less glamorous light. The release date has not yet been determined by the producers.

However, we now know that Paradha has secured its OTT partner. According to one of the insiders with intimate knowledge of the picture, Amazon Prime Video paid a high amount for the digital rights.

Praveen Kandregula, who previously directed the blockbuster Samantha Ruth Prabhu-produced Subham, is the director of Paradha. Paradha's unique feature is that it is a female-centric social drama that also marks the Telugu debut of another Malayalam actress, Darshana Rajendran.

The film also features a significant part for Tamil actress Sangita, and the teaser featured the main cast stranded in a tiny hamlet rife with legends and limitations. The movie's central plot revolves around how Anupama escapes these limitations with the assistance of two other women.

The director of Paradha is Praveen Kandregula, who is well-known for his work on Cinema Bandi.

In this picture, which is full of drama and emotion, Anupama will be seen in a new role. The film, which was produced on a respectable budget, features music written by Gopi Sundar. In addition to receiving positive reviews and being a popular OTT success, Praveen Kandregula also created the film Cinema Bandi. Everyone is curious to see what he has planned for us with Paradha since he is riding high on the triumph of Subham.

Anupama Parameswaran has pinned a lot of hopes on this project as her character has a lot of scope to perform. Amazon Prime Video is in no mood to slow down as it is bagging digital rights of back-to-back Telugu films, and Paradha is one of them.
