The streaming partner for the latest Tamil village drama, Veppam Kulir Mazhai, has been revealed. Aha Tamil has confirmed that the film will be available on its platform soon. However, it refrained from revealing the actual date on which the film will stream. Veppam Kulir Mazhai will also become available on OTTplay Premium from the same date.

Veppam Kulir Mazhai, which translates to "heat, cold, and rain," was first released in theatres in the last week of March. Based on current industry trends, the film might become available for streaming in the last week of April.

As per prevailing industry standards, all new Tamil movies make their streaming debut following a four-week theatrical run. There have been very few instances when the film had an extended run in cinemas in the past weeks. So it's safe to assume that by the end of April, the film will start streaming on Aha.

Veppam Kulir Mazhai opened in cinemas garnering positive reviews. The film garnered praise for its realistic portrayal of domestic issues that are timely and relevant. Despite the positive word of mouth, the film didn't make a dent at the box office.

It remains to be seen whether Veppam Kulir Mazhai can find its audience following its OTT release.
