The poster was released on Wednesday by the movie's creators. The lead couple is seen in the picture seated on the horse in a lovely environment as part of the trip.

With a carousel-lit background, the initial poster creates a whimsical and romantic vibe. While riding a carousel horse, Vikrant and Shanaya are shown enjoying a tender moment together.

As they lean into one another, Vikrant gently holds Shanaya's hands while wearing a casual brown jacket and pants. They are holding hands and have their eyes closed.

In contrast, Shanaya is pictured in a red sequined dress with a thigh-high split and flowing hair. She is holding sunglasses in her hand. In the backdrop are golden lights.

“This poster represents a lot of Dreams! can’t fathom how magical the film’s going to be,” actor Abhay Verma commented on the Instagram account of the production company. In the comments section, Shanaya’s mother Maheep Kapoor added heart emojis, while her father Sanjay Kapoor simply wrote, “God is kind.”

The Reaction of the Fans

The first look poster has received varied responses, with some fans thrilled about the new duo and others surprised by the apparent age gap between them. Shanaya is 13 years older than Vikrant (38) at the age of 25.

"The age difference is showing," one social media user remarked, while another said, "Such an outdated campaign."

"Vikrant Massey is least suited with Shanaya Kapoor," read one opinion.

"He took retirement," one fan wrote, bringing the discussion back to Vikrant's choice to go slowly in the film business, while another said, "I thought he retired."

What do we know about Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan?

On July 11, Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan will be available in theaters. Vikrant Massey and Shanaya Kapoor will make their screen debut as a new couple in the movie. Through a video announcement on their Instagram account in April, Zee Studios revealed the release date, writing, "This monsoon, don't just fall, but feel the love. #AankhonkiGustaakhiyan In cinemas near you on 11th July 2025".

In March, Shanaya posted a snapshot from the Azerbaijan shoot of Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan. The movie's plot specifics are being kept a secret. The movie is directed by Santosh Singh, while Vishal Mishra is in charge of the music.
