Sri Sri Sri Rajavaru Review — A Slow, Preachy Tale That Misses the Mark

Sri Sri Sri Rajavaru Story
Raja (Narne Nithin) is a chain smoker from the tiny village of Atreyapuram. He falls in love with Anitya (Sampada Hulivana), but his love tale has several ups and downs, and his smoking habit also causes Raja a number of problems, including those involving his father. The remaining narrative revolves around Raja taking control of the situation, fixing his errors, and regaining his love.
Sri Sri Sri Rajavaru Review
Satish Vegesna, who collaborated with Sharwanand on the blockbuster Shatamanam Bhavati, wrote and directed Sri Sri Sri Rajavaru. After a lengthy production process, Sri Sri Sri Rajavaru was ultimately launched on a quiet note by its creators. Narne Nithin, the hero, has kept a low profile and hasn't even given the movie any publicity. The movie is dull, old-fashioned, and sermonizing, making it easy to see why he didn't advertise it.
To begin with, Sri Sri Rajavaru's story of a chain smoker losing everything in his life as a result of his addiction is straightforward. One of the film's major flaws is how this fundamental idea is unnecessarily extended. One of the most predictable movies in recent memory, Sri Sri Sri Rajavaru doesn't introduce anything new. It is excessively moralizing, old-fashioned, and slow-moving. Each character in the movie speaks as if there is no tomorrow and transforms into a moral science instructor.
The movie's director, Satish Vegesna, seems to be stuck in the late 1990s and uses an antiquated style of storytelling. Although his movies often have a respectable emotional thread, in Sri Sri Sri Rajavaru, the emotional thread is weak and uninteresting, making things out of control.

The part played by Rao Ramesh is another drawback. In hundreds of movies, he has played the role of the stern father, and the same is true in Sri Sri Sri Rajavaru. Is Rao Ramesh a good actor? Watch his movies, Mazaka, and Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam on OTTplay Premium.
Regarding the acting, Narne Nithin is excellent in the movie. He carries the movie on his shoulders and performs well in all the action scenes, even though the movie was filmed many years ago. However, given how jarring the narrative is, he too is unable to prevent the movie from collapsing after a certain point.

Naresh, an experienced actor, excels in his role, but Nellore Sudhakar stands out in particular. There are times when his comedy is amusing, and there are others when it is pleasant. But the story also shifts from one situation to the next, making it inconsistent.
It's evident that director Satish Vegesna comes from the bygone era when family dramas like this were popular. However, he has once again failed as a director and bores the audience with Sri Sri Sri Rajavaru.

The photography of Damu Narravula is acceptable, but the way he illuminated the battle scenes was really effective on film. Kailash Menon's background score feels a little excessive, but his music is just about decent. One of the main drawbacks is the editing; in order to make the movie watchable, around 15 minutes should have been cut.
Aay and MAD 2 are two of Narne Nithin's biggest hits. His old movie Sri Sri Sri Rajavaru comes out at such a time, but it receives little discussion and offers no enjoyment.
Sri Sri Sri Rajavaru Verdict
On the whole, Sri Sri Sri Rajavaru is an old-school family drama that has nothing going its way. Barring Narne Nithin and his sincere act, the film has nothing new to offer. Watch it when it lands on OTT.
