Based on his weight loss experience, Instagram user Jithin V Suresh continues to post diet and exercise advice on his Instagram profile. If you're having trouble eating correctly, Jithin, who claims to have shed 35 kg at home organically, shared a list of salads on Instagram on May 31 that you may try.

Want radiant skin and a flat stomach? This is what you should eat.

He asserts that these salads are not just tasty but also high in nutrients that promote glowing skin and a flat stomach. "Want glowing skin and a flat belly? Start with these salads," Jithin wrote in his post.

The following six of his best salad recommendations can help you:

Beetroot, orange, mint salad

Why it works: "Beetroot cleanses blood, orange gives glow through vitamin C," Jithin stated.

Boil and dice a tiny beetroot; peel and segment an orange; mix in fresh mint leaves; and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cool and eat fresh.

salad made with raw mangoes and sprouted moong

Why it works: "Vitamin C from mango boosts collagen, moong sprouts detox the skin," Jithin said.

Recipe: Finely chop 1/2 cup of raw mango; combine with 1/2 cup of sprouted moong, 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut, green chili (optional), salt, and jeera powder; temper a few curry leaves and mustard seeds in coconut oil; mix everything together, then top with the tempering.

Salad made with pomegranate, carrot and cucumber

"Hydrating, rich in vitamin C and antioxidants for clear, glowing skin," Jithin said, explaining why it works.

Recipe: Combine one grated carrot, one chopped cucumber, two tablespoons of pomegranate seeds, one teaspoon of lemon juice, a pinch of black salt, and some chopped coriander in a bowl, then chill for five to ten minutes.

Tomato, onion, and chickpea salad

"Balances hormones, protein-packed, and skin-friendly," he explained as the reason why it works.

Recipe: Combine half a cup of cooked white chickpeas with one diced onion, one diced tomato, coriander, lemon juice, and roasted jeera powder. Garnish with mint.

Salad of avocado, cucumber, and flaxseed

"Healthy fats from avocado and flaxseeds nourish skin deeply," Jithin explained as to why it works.

Recipe: Slice half an avocado that is ripe and dice one small cucumber. Gently mix with a teaspoon of roasted flaxseeds, then add a dressing made of olive oil, lemon, and a pinch of salt.

walnut, apple and spinach salad

"Spinach provides iron, apples offer fiber, and walnuts offer omega-3 for skin repair," he continued, explaining why it works.

Recipe: Mix 5 to 6 crushed walnuts and thinly sliced half an apple with 1 cup of blanched fresh spinach. Combine lemon juice, 1/2 tsp honey, and 1 sp olive oil to create a dressing. Mix carefully and serve immediately.
