2. Before the end of the day, brush your teeth

"Doing this earlier than your bed time routine creates a psychological ‘kitchen closed’ effect," Josh said as he described this mental trick. 3. Avoid consuming liquid calories

The fitness instructor taught us how these drinks are liquid calories, even if we all have a weakness for them as the pick-me-ups that keep us going throughout the day.
