The notion that Ashish may be seeing Elli, however, appeared to have set off the trolls, who warned him about her purported 'body count'. Uorfi Javed defended her, noting that women are constantly subject to societal criticism.

Following her post with Ashish, Uorfi responded to the barrage of hateful remarks directed at Elli. Uorfi Javed wrote in an Instagram story sharing a post that criticized the response she received, "The world is so so cruel to woman, just a girl absolutely minding her business, she ain't even controversial like me but guess what no hate to the man." Humans like to despise and cast women in a negative light in order to feel superior. The caption of the post she shared again stated that "the world can't stop obsessing over Elli's body count, giving warnings to Ashish." The body count is a crude term, frequently used to describe the number of sexual partners someone has.

The pair shared a lovely photo on Instagram on July 12. As Ashish holds Elli in his arms, they are beaming. With flowers in her hand, she keeps smiling as she holds him. The pair simply posted "Finally" in the caption without going into detail, leaving fans to speculate about whether they were dating. Unfortunately, trolls posted statements like, "Be careful Bro her body count is more than the number kgs you have lost," and other misogynistic remarks referring to her as "second hand," while other messages below the post were encouraging.

In the comments, several Instagram users did defend Elli, engaging in combat with individuals who were trolling her, similar to how Uorfi did. One person said, "Comment section me jo body count bolre shame on you guys (Shame on the people talking about body count)." One of these statements was deemed "disgusting" by another person.
