The sports comedy-drama is a spiritual sequel to Aamir's 2007 smash Taare Zameen Par. The film is directed by RS Prasanna, who is best known for his direction of Shubh Mangal Saavdhan.

The Spanish movie Campeones served as the inspiration for the picture, which follows a basketball coach who is compelled to train a team of children with various disabilities for a competition. The movie will be released in theaters on June 20.
