Shoaib Ibrahim, an actor, posted a video in which he discussed Dipika Kakar, his wife, who had just had a 14-hour procedure to treat her stage 2 liver cancer. In a seven-minute video posted on his YouTube account, Shoaib stated that Dipika is now out of the intensive care unit and is recuperating at the hospital.

The time during Dipika Kakar's operation was challenging, according to Shoaib Ibrahim.

He added to his followers and admirers that Dipika underwent liver surgery at the hands of physicians, and that a tiny piece of her liver was also removed as a result of the tumor. In addition to having her gall bladder removed, Dipika also had surgery. According to Shoaib Ibrahim in the video, Dipika needed to spend three days in the ICU. "As recommended by physicians, she will be here for three to five days," he said. She spent 14 hours in the operating room during the procedure, which was a big one. It was a challenging period for her.

Before her surgery began, Dipika was with Shoaib till 8.30 in the morning, and she was brought to the ICU at 11.30 at night, according to Shoaib. The physicians warned Shoaib and his family that the procedure will take time, but the actor claimed that he and his family members began to panic after 6–7 p.m.

When discussing Dipika's health, he mentioned that she is improving but still suffering from the discomfort of her stitches. She resumed eating regular meals after three days of a liquid diet. Dipika's blood tests are normal, and she has also begun walking, Shoaib added.

Dipika's gall bladder, a portion of liver was cut

The tumor, whatever it may have been, has been successfully removed. Because it contained a stone, his gallbladder was also removed. Because the liver had a tumor, a small percentage of the liver was also removed together with it. Because the liver is a self-healing organ, there is nothing stressful about it. The liver is an organ that can regenerate itself, so there's nothing to worry about.) He went on to say that Dipika's tumor was sent for biopsy, which will take a few days to complete.

He said that the youngster was three days without Dipika while discussing their son Ruhaan. He was taken to the hospital on the last day to see Dipika because he was sobbing. He went back home after spending some time with his mother.

Concerning Dipika's battle with cancer

Dipika had previously told her Instagram followers and fans that she had been diagnosed with stage 2 liver cancer. "As you all are aware, the last few weeks have been quite difficult for us... walking into the hospital for a pain in the upper area of my stomach... and then discovering it's a tennis ball size tumor in the liver and then finding out that the tumor is Second stage Malignant (Cancerous) ... it has been one of the most difficult time we have seen, experienced!" part of her letter stated.
