In a candid interview, Madhavan discusses his on-screen chemistry

Respect, in my opinion, is the purest form of love; if it isn't there, to kuch bhi nai rahega (then nothing will be there). And when I first met her, it felt natural to me.

Madhavan believes that this relationship is built on respect. With Fatima, that respect was instinctive, he said, and for him, respect is the highest form of love.
