In an interview, actor Priyanka Chopra refuted claims that she said men shouldn't seek for virgins when looking for a spouse. The actor labeled it as untrue, stressing that anything on the internet is not necessarily valid.

Priyanka explains

Priyanka addressed the misinformation on Instagram Stories on Thursday. The bogus remark was clarified by her reposting the link that falsely attributed it to her.

"Don't look for a virgin as wife. Get a woman with good manners. Virginity ends in one night but manners last forever," Priyanka was quoted as saying in the piece.

In an effort to set the record straight, Priyanka said, "This is not me, my quote, or my voice. The mere fact that anything is online does not mean that it is accurate. Making up false information is now a simple method for going viral."

In addition, Priyanka cautioned her followers to exercise caution while using social media, warning them against believing everything they see online.

"None of the connections or 'sources' connected to this assertion, or many others on the internet, are genuine or trustworthy. Allow a minute for crossing. Don't trust everything you see; instead, verify such information. She also said, "Be careful when you're online."

What's next for Priyanka?

Priyanka will then appear alongside Idris Elba and John Cena in the Amazon Prime Video movie Heads of State. Ilya Naishuller directs the movie. The plot of the action-packed comedy centers on the US President (John Cena) and the UK Prime Minister (Idris Elba), who have to put aside their animosity in order to foil an international plot and rescue the planet. They are accompanied by MI6 agent Noel Bisset (Priyanka), with whom they must collaborate in order to foil a worldwide plot that endangers the entire free world. The movie will be released on July 2.

She is also occupied with working on Mahesh Babu's upcoming film with SS Rajamouli, although the news has not yet been officially announced. In addition to her role as a 19th-century Caribbean pirate in The Bluff, Priyanka is also planning the second season of the Amazon Prime Video web series Citadel.
