The fictitious character Hari Hara Veera Mallu, who opposes the Mughals, particularly Aurangzeb, is portrayed by Pawan Kalyan.

The news now is that legends NTR and MGR served as inspiration for the creation of the character of Pawan Kalyan. In an interview, director Jyothi Krishna discussed this element and said that the late MGR continued to appear in movies even after he became the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. Krish Jagarlamudi served as the film's creative director, but Jyothi Krishna took over as the action drama kept being delayed.
