Pankaj Tripathi lately advocated for an eight-hour workday and discussed the significance of establishing workplace limits and learning to politely say "no" when those boundaries are broken.

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter India, Pankaj Tripathi admitted that he actually struggles to say 'no' and has been practicing. "I'm currently working on saying 'no.'" Everybody should be aware of where the limit lies, that this is the line, and that any further is a courteous 'no,'" he stated.

Tripathi said that the work hours are being extended, recalling days when his on-set work hours were continually increased from 16 to 18 hours. "I am working 16–18 hours straight. The actor has departed, but the workers are still waiting, I'm saying, he added.

Additionally, the actor advised that you simply respond "no" politely and that anything that is left over may be done tomorrow.

In the midst of the dispute with Sandeep Reddy Vanga, renowned filmmaker Mani Ratnam also voiced his support for Deepika, saying, "I think it is a rightful demand. I think as a filmmaker, you will take that into consideration when you cast."
