Adhyayan Suman Reveals Why ‘Luxury Feels Like Jail’ as He Remains Without a Home at 37

With the 2009 film Raaz – The Mystery Continues, Adhyayan Suman, the son of seasoned actor Shekhar Suman, gained notoriety as an actor and vocalist. Even though things got off to a good start, a lot of his following movies didn't do well in theaters. Adhyayan recently spoke with Bollywood Bubble about the difficulties he has experienced in the business, describing himself as a "reverse case of nepotism" and lamenting that he still does not own a home at the age of 37.
For Adhyayan Suman, luxury feels like prison
"I can say I am the best example of nepotism, jisko kaam nahi mila nepotism ki wajah se, or I can prove that," he said honestly about not being able to find work despite being the son of a famous Bollywood actor. I think nepotism is a really pointless discussion, and it evolved into a kind of trendy topic. No matter how many cars your father buys you, how many vacation trips you take, or how many penthouses or houses you inhabit, luxury will eventually feel like prison. People like me, who are determined to make something of their lives, are unhappy.
At the age of 37, Adhyayan Suman discusses his lack of a home
"Because what you do beyond the point, I mean, you've owned the car, you've owned the house, it's not yours, it's your father's, it's his hard work, you've enjoyed it," he continued, speaking about not having a place of his own. However, at the age of 37, I don't own a home, which is beyond the point.
In 2008, Adhyayan made his Bollywood debut with Haal-e-Dil, which was directed by Anil Devgan. His second picture, Raaz - The Mystery Continues, a supernatural thriller released in 2009 and directed by Mohit Suri, brought him greater acclaim. Critics also gave him excellent reviews for his performance in Jashnn (2009). His most recent role was in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's web series Heeramandi, which had an ensemble cast that included Fardeen Khan, Shekhar Suman, Aditi Rao Hydari, Manisha Koirala, and Sonakshi Sinha.
The movie Madrasi Gang, which he revealed in 2021, will be his next appearance. The movie is now in post-production and was produced by S. N. Reddy, with Ajay Andrews Nuthakki writing and directing.
