regarding her choice to denounce the misogyny

Manushi recently voiced her opinions on how women are viewed in the entertainment business, saying that they are frequently "discussed with such disrespect and contempt." Manushi addressed the prevalent misogynistic behaviors in the business by using her X profile.

"I don't believe it's something that occurs everywhere, and I don't think everyone is like that, but I do see it sometimes — where women are not given the credit in the way that a man would be," Manushi tells us when asked about what inspired her discussion of the subject.

The actor, who has been appointed the brand ambassador of Wella Professionals for the Indian market, continues, "I feel we need to give women credit where it's due, particularly in their professional lives, and acknowledge the fact that there are multiple women achievers who succeed based on their talent, hard work, and dedication, just like we do with men."

Regarding her fitness regimen

Following her victory at the Miss World 2017 competition, Manushi chose Samrat Prithviraj as her way into Bollywood. Manushi continued to work on projects like Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and The Great Indian Family.

Fitness has been a crucial component of her journey, from beauty contests to Bollywood. She reiterates that fitness is a way of life, not merely restricted to the gym. She believes that individuals frequently spend time exercising but sabotage their efforts by making poor lifestyle choices the rest of the day.

"I would call it a lifestyle (with her fitness being her top priority). I see many people spending a set amount of time at the gym, but the rest of the day they are likely leading a very lazy lifestyle or not eating well," she adds.

"You have to make these decisions constantly, and you need to be sure that you're backing up that hour in the gym with healthier choices, from the food you're eating to not sitting for too long," the actor continued. Therefore, I would say that fitness is holistic and that it should be a way of life rather than just a decision to exercise for an hour or two.

Regarding her public image

The actress says that her hair has been a crucial element of her on-screen persona.

“I take care of my hair seriously because it has always been essential to my self-assurance and on-screen persona. With the ongoing exposure to heat styling, pollution, and regular travel, I've come to understand that hair care secrets reside in both internal and external nourishment, particularly. Manushi, who will soon appear alongside Rajkummar Rao in Maalik, shares this.

Speaking about hair care, she says, "I make it a point to keep it clean and healthy by maintaining a scheduled hair wash regimen." I usually go for a sleek hairstyle on busy days or when I'm having a bad hair day since it's quick, easy, and never fails. Above all, I think that good nutrition, hydration, sufficient sleep, and a healthy lifestyle are the cornerstones of gorgeous, strong hair. The key is to prioritize the fundamentals and select the appropriate goods. I've grown to truly value therapies that nourish without adding weight to the hair.
