Kajol, a veteran of Hindi cinema for over 30 years, has admitted that she has always tried to balance her work and personal life. The actress discussed with PTI how her producers and family assisted her in managing her personal and professional lives.

Kajol discusses balancing work and life.

Kajol remarked that she was one of the few actors to concentrate on one movie at a time, rather than filming four at once. The performer would release one movie and then begin another. She was unable to find 20 or 30 hours of work. She and her mother concurred that their hours were restricted.

Following rumors that Deepika Padukone exited Spirit due to scheduling issues, this situation emerges as the entertainment business considers the advantages and disadvantages of working eight hours a day. Kajol disclosed that she had the same kind of discussions in her life after becoming a mother.

Balancing movies with familial duties

She stated that she recalls their discussion and thinks that the majority of producers share the same tendency—they don't hesitate at all. The actor pointed out multiple occasions when she required their support, and filmmakers were there for her. It was a difficult circumstance; Nysa was just two years old, and she was shooting U Me Aur Hum while her father was in the hospital. However, Ajay, as the producer, dealt with the problem; he figured out how to meet her request to go back early to see the hospital.

Kajol stated that the crew was able to address the problem throughout her time on Fanaa without bringing it up in the contract or creating any issues. As a consequence, she has experienced some amazing things. The actor revealed that most of the time, producers will find a way to meet their demands.

Kajol's next film Maa

Kajol will next star in Vishal Furia's Maa, a horror film. In this movie, a mother uses the strength of Goddess Kali to combat a demonic curse. The actress claims that the book's legendary backdrop was what initially attraction her.

Saiwyn Quadras wrote Maa, which was produced by Jio Studios and Devgn Films. It will debut on June 27.
