Amidst rumors of a romance, Chris Hughes spoke up about his relationship with JoJo Siwa's parents. This occurs after the television presenter posted a loving picture of them. Siwa and the 32-year-old are seen in bed together in the selfie, which he posted to Snapchat on Sunday. With her eyes closed, the 22-year-old leaned her head against Hughes' chest. The Karma singer made this admission a few days earlier, stating that she no longer identifies as a lesbian.

The television host was seen kissing Siwa on the forehead in a snapshot posted on Hughes' Snapchat. The post received a number of responses from fans who said the two "look adorable."

"Sleeepinnn beauty," Hughes captioned the photo.

One admirer wrote on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, "broadcasting that rancid new jojo siwa and chris hughes photo like it's my god given purpose."

Siwa's statement to Danny Beard on a live stream a few weeks prior that she felt like the term 'queer' was a better description for her than 'lesbian' came before the picture.

"I feel, like, so queer, you know what I mean?" she said.

"I believe that's it; I've always told myself that I'm a lesbian, but I think being here has made me realize: 'Oh, I'm not a lesbian, I'm queer.'" Siwa further said, "And I think that's really cool." She first came out in 2021.

Although Siwa has not revealed if she is dating Hughes, she did say in a recent interview that the TV personality seems like family. After meeting in the Celebrity Big Brother house, the pair has been spotted out together several times since the reality program came to an end.

"She (Siwa's mother) does love him," the 22-year-old said on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch program. He and my father are close friends, and my parents adore him. Yesterday, Chris really told me that they had gone to the spa together. They are, in fact, best friends.

"Mum loves him to pieces. Because I've never seen my mother so happy, I enjoy seeing her observe us.
