Today is the 102nd birthday of Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR), the renowned actor and famous figure who is widely regarded as Vishwa Vikhyata Nata Sarvabhouma. With tremendous excitement and respect, Telugu speakers all around the world are commemorating the anniversary of his birth.

Several well-known figures from the film industry, members of the family, political figures, and fans were present at the event to honor the man who continues to be a source of inspiration for successive generations.

Paruchuri Gopala Krishna, a well-known veteran author, said,

"Annagaru lives forever in the hearts of millions. His depictions of mythical figures gave the impression that gods were alive on the screen. His cinematic career, which spanned from Mana Desam to Major Chandrakanth, is still unmatched. NTR is more than just an actor; he is a holy being that we worship.

NTR's son, Nandamuri Mohanakrishna, gave a moving speech, reminiscing about his life.

“For us, his birthday is a celebration. He was a holy man who achieved greatness from nothing via relentless perseverance and commitment. He supported the underprivileged and established a number of landmark welfare initiatives during his time as a leader. From this year forward, the Andhra Pradesh government has formally recognized and celebrated his birth anniversary, and we would like to express our gratitude.

"He elevated Telugu pride on the world stage," said Madala Ravi. He transformed the way government operates by founding the Telugu Desam Party and becoming Chief Minister in record time. The Bharat Ratna is well deserved by him. Giving him the award would only make it more valuable.

NTR's granddaughter, Nandamuri Roopa, thanked the audience on behalf of the family.

“NTR stands for the spirit, power, and pride of Telugu people. On this particular day, we appreciate everyone who came forward to pay tribute to him.

Additionally, Tummala Prasanna Kumar stated,

"India's first genuine pan-Indian celebrity was NTR. He had success with audiences in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi with his fifth movie, Pathala Bhairavi. He revolutionized celebrity and earned the most money throughout his time. His legacy still influences the Telugu identity.

The gathering came to a close with a plea for ongoing initiatives to protect and advance NTR's legacy for coming generations. Numerous film artists, politicians, and enthusiasts gathered to commemorate and pay tribute to the ageless legend.
