KTM 390 Enduro R Global-Spec Debuts in India with Extended Suspension, Priced at ₹3.54 Lakh

The global-spec 390 Enduro R with the long-travel suspension has been introduced by KTMIndia at a price of ₹3.54 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). This is the export-spec 390 Enduro R, which is priced at a premium of Rs 16,000 over the regular model available in India. The KTM 390 Enduro R has 230mm of travel at both ends for the additional cost, whereas the regular model has 205mm of travel up front and 200mm of travel in the back.
What Has Changed in the KTM 390 Enduro R?
Although there has been an increase in suspension travel, it is not the only improvement. The seat height has been raised from 860 mm on the base model to 895 mm. KTM had previously stated that if there was a market for it, it would bring the global-spec 390 Enduro R. The ground clearance has increased from 253 mm to 272 mm. The model is an enduro designed for customers who want a vehicle specifically built for off-road use that can handle difficult terrain.
The 2025 KTM 390 Enduro R has a higher seat height of 895 mm and increased ground clearance of 272 mm, which improves its off-road performance.
Details of the KTM 390 Enduro R
The remaining hardware stays the same. The 399 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled LC4c engine, which is tuned to produce 45.3 bhp and 39 Nm of maximum torque and is mated to a 6-speed gearbox, provides the power. A 285 mm front disc and a 240 mm rear disc with switchable dual-channel ABS and traction control provide the braking force. The bike has tube-type Mitas Trail+ dual-purpose tires on 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels. The design of the KTM 390 Enduro R takes inspiration from the larger enduro models in the manufacturer's lineup. The simple frame has a low headlamp, a long beak, and a flat seat. The 4.1-inch TFT digital console with Bluetooth connection maintains the same feature set, adding functions such turn-by-turn navigation, music, and controls. Two riding modes are available on the 390 Enduro R.
