The 2025 Ninja 300 has been launched in India by Kawasaki India. The motorcycle costs 3.43 lakh rupees ex-showroom. The Ninja 300 has cosmetic improvements and more features for the year 2025, but there are no mechanical modifications. Soon, deliveries of the revised motorbike will begin. The ex-showroom price of the Ninja 300 is ₹3.43 lakh.

A bigger, new windscreen up front is anticipated to provide better windblast protection for the rider of the MY25 Kawasaki Ninja 300. According to the manufacturer, the new windscreen is modeled after the Ninja ZX-10R. In addition, the new headlamps retain the split style but now include a projector configuration, which improves nighttime visibility. The Ninja ZX-6R's headlight design, according to Kawasaki, served as inspiration. The revised model comes in three colors: Metallic Moondust Grey, Candy Lime Green, and Lime Green.
