Reportedly, Parth Samthaan has completed filming his final episode for CID 2, and the crew has planned a touching farewell celebration for him. At his cake-cutting ceremony, Shivaji Satam, Hrishikesh Pandey, Aditya Srivastava, and others were there.

A unique CID-themed cake made for Parth on his final day on the set may be seen in the videos that went viral on social media.

In a tweet, one admirer expressed his affection for the actor, saying, "Tonight marks the farewell of #ParthSamthaan as ACP Ayushmaan in #CID2..Even with limited episodes, he left a mark with his powerful screen presence and unmatched versatility..This role hit different intense, sharp, and unforgettable.." Parth, we will miss you.

After Shivaji Satam's ACP Pradyuman abruptly left the CID 2 cast, Parth Samthaan took on the role of ACP Ayushman. Parth and his performance in CID 2 were lauded by the audience.

Part Samthaan confirms his departure from CID 2

Parth said in a Pinkvilla interview that he would be leaving CID 2 as ACP Ayushman. Even if it was just for a short time, it has been a joy to be a part of a cult show like CID, the actor stated. I was just on for a few episodes, a guest role, but it was then extended for a couple months.

Parth also stated that he has additional job obligations in the pipeline and won't be staying for very long. "However, I am appreciative of all the love and support the audience has given me during my short tenure," he stated.

Because of overwhelming public demand, CID was brought back for a second season on December 21. CID, which premiered in 1998, was a popular show with a devoted fanbase. Fans' weekends are now planned because their favorite show has returned!
