Deepshika Nagpal discusses creating B-grade movies

"During that time, it used to be like if it's a new production, then it's a B-grade film, like Yash Raj and Subhash Ghai films were like A-list films," she said. It was therefore challenging to make a decision. Now that there wasn't a godfather, I think it's crucial to have one to guide you. I made a lot of poor movie selections during that period. My grandfather used to say that there are no minor or major tasks, just labor. I believe I approached that too seriously, as I continued to accept every task that came my way. I made a lot of silly movies that never came out.

Deepshika's transition to television

"Some of the releases had a very bad impact on my career," she stated of her move to television. I had signed a lot of major films, but individuals would assume that she was working on a B-grade movie after my Trade Guide poster and would not hire me. The harm was then revealed to me. ‘Can we just forget about it?’ I asked. They answered, "No, it will affect our movie." After that, I began appearing in television programs. People were classifying me as someone who would never be an A-lister since I was creating bad movies. At that point, I became enraged. Doordarshan and Zee TV were both novel at the time, and I had no trouble landing gigs. I was one of the few people who did television after making movies, and it helped me rebuild my career.

With unfavorable characters in programs like Son Pari, Ramayan, Karishma – The Miracles of Destiny, Baalveer, Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, Santoshi Maa, and others, Deepshikha established herself in the television industry. She appeared on reality shows such as Bigg Boss 8 and Nach Baliye.
