During the WNBA Commissioner's Cup championship game between the Indiana Fever and Minnesota Lynx on Tuesday night, Rong Niu, sometimes known as Red Panda, one of the most popular halftime performers in basketball, had a terrifying fall.

In the middle of her performance, Niu fell off her massive unicycle, falling about 8 feet to the ground.

The Chinese American artist comes from a family of professional acrobats. Since the 1990s, she has been captivating audiences and is now a popular figure in both the NBA and WNBA.

As she lay on the court, Red Panda seemed to be clutching her left wrist, but there was no immediate news regarding the extent of her injuries.

She was quickly assisted off the floor and into a wheelchair by the medical staff.
