Vaibhav Suryavanshi is rapidly gaining popularity among fans. Due to his aggressive play style, the 14-year-old has won over fans. The southpaw has not exhibited any signs of slowing down. The youngster gave an outstanding performance in the recent Youth series between India U19 and England U19, defeating the hosts in every match with the exception of the fifth and last ODI. He scored 355 runs overall in the five-game series.

Suryavanshi struck the fastest century in a Youth ODI in the fourth match, scoring 143 runs and surpassing Kamran Ghulam's previous mark for Pakistan. Therefore, the child is the main attraction in the current match between the India and England Colts.

The youngster, who played for the Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season, has drawn fans from all over the UK to see him.

To meet the left-handed batsman at Worcester, the site of the fourth and fifth ODIs, two girls named Aanya and Rivaa, who are the same age as Vaibhav Suryavanshi, traveled six hours to the city. When they took a picture with the batter, the two little girls were wearing the Rajasthan Royals jersey.

"Evidence supporting the claim that our fans are the greatest. Worcester was a six-hour drive away. The Rajasthan Royals' handle on X (previously Twitter) said, "Wore their Pink. Cheered for Vaibhav & Team India. Aanya and Rivaa, who are the same age as Vaibhav, had a day to remember."

India win Youth series 3-2

The five-match series was won 3-2 by the India Colts thanks to Suryavanshi's heroic performance. Despite the visitors losing early wickets, the left-handed batter gave them a flying start, with the exception of the last ODI.

After his tenure with the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL, Suryavanshi gained widespread popularity. With his 35-ball century against the Gujarat Titans at Jaipur's Sawai Mansingh Stadium, he captivated fans around the world.

At the age of 14, he made history by being the youngest centurion ever in men's T20 cricket. Additionally, he achieved the second-fastest century in IPL history. He had made his debut against Lucknow Super Giants after Sanju Samson was ruled out with a side strain.

In his first game, he warned the globe when he hit the first pitch he faced for a six off Shardul Thakur's bowling.

When he signed an IPL deal at the IPL 2025 auction, making him the youngest player in IPL history at age 13, he had written history. The Royals paid INR 1.1 crore for him.
