The third Test between India and England was a nail-biter at Lord's, with the hosts barely winning by 22 runs on Day 5. There was a lot of excitement, drama, and fun throughout the game. At the conclusion of Day 3, when Zak Crawley and Shubman Gill engaged in a furious argument, one of these events occurred.

In an attempt to slow things down in the last few minutes before Stumps, Crawley, who had opened for England in the second innings, was met with rage by the Indian captain. Seeing Crawley's strategy, which left him annoyed, Gill wanted his squad to bowl two overs in the low evening light.

On sledging, Mohammed Siraj speaks out

Prior to the fourth Test, Mohammed Siraj, India's pacer, was questioned on the verbal sparring that took place at Lord's. “There’s no pre-planning,” he said with a smile. It takes place right now. In the third ball, he withdrew from his stance, protesting about the sight screen, and in the second, he scored two runs. "Grow some f****** ba**s," Gill yelled from second slip, furious.

The stump mic caught it, and Gill was enraged. Then, in the second to last delivery, Crawley was struck on the glove. The entire Indian team was enraged by his quick request for the physio, and they reacted with sarcastic, slow clapping.

Gill approached the batter directly and made fun of him by pointing at the pavilion. Gill was also seen getting a response from Crawley, with Ben Duckett acting as the go-between.
