India is now ready to welcome another celebrity, an Olympic legend, to its shores after a recent trip to Mumbai by renowned football players like Harry Maguire, Diogo Dalot, and Andre Onana of Manchester United. Usain Bolt, the "world's fastest man," has now made the decision to travel to Mumbai and Delhi in September. As part of "Dream Icons," an initiative started by DreamSetGo, a premium tailored sports experiences and travel platform based in the nation, the Jamaican legend will be traveling to both cities.

The eight-time Olympic gold medalist will visit several cities in Mumbai and Delhi as part of a tour that will include prominent events like small fan encounters and a travel platform. With additional global celebrities joining in future events, he will be the first visitor under the banner.

One of the main events of the challenge will be "Dream Dash," a competition for the pupils that culminates in a last battle in front of Bolt. Young sportsmen will have the chance to demonstrate their skills in front of the "fastest man in the world" during this event.

Before the trip, Usain Bolt expressed his anticipation by stating, "I'm excited to return to India." The enthusiasm for sports, the energy, and the individuals in this place are genuinely unique. I can't wait to go to India later this year since I have a huge fan base there."

India is getting ready for the Olympics in 2036 by bringing in figures like Bolt, whose legend was established on the Olympic track. This is more than just a fan moment. It is a strong indication of India's rising status in the world of sports and a source of motivation for a younger generation of athletes pursuing their own Olympic aspirations.

According to the company's announcement, India's sports tourism market, which was worth USD 10.87 billion in 2023, is expected to increase to USD 68.7 billion by 2035.

More than 15 million Indians went overseas in the first half of 2024 alone, with many of them scheduling their vacations around significant international sporting events.
