Lando Norris wins the Austrian Grand Prix

Norris has now won three races this year. Since winning the Monaco Grand Prix last month, the British F1 racer has also won his first race.

The British driver turned his pole position at the Austrian GP into the lead at the first turn. Piastri quickly started to put pressure on Norris. Before the tables turned, Piastri was able to seize the lead at one point.

When braking for Turn 4, Piastri locked up and nearly hit the back of Norris' car. The Australian lit up the timesheets for a portion of the second and third stints. Nevertheless, Norris was able to maintain the lead and win the checkered flag.
