The victory caused joy in Bengaluru, where crowds of supporters filled the streets, waving RCB flags and chanting "Ee Sala Cup Namdu." "For every 'mundin sala'... this one's for 'Ee Sala...'" cried fans on social media in response to the emotional rewards for devoted fans.

‘Ee Sala Cup Namdu’s Meaning

PBKS chose to bowl after winning the toss on Tuesday. The Royal Challengers Bengaluru were held to 190/9 by the Punjab bowlers, who performed admirably. The Shreyas Iyer-led team, on the other hand, was unable to perform under pressure, and their batters only managed 184/7 in 20 overs.

With two wickets for seventeen runs in four overs, Krunal Pandya was the best RCB bowler.

While captain Rajat Patidar was unable to capitalize on a strong start, scoring 26 runs off 16 deliveries in the first innings, Virat Kohli led RCB with 43 runs off 35 balls. However, India's top T20 bowler Arshdeep Singh had the finest stats, getting three wickets in the last over (3/40).
